Do you sell eliquids in Europe? Do you have European Central Poison Registration numbers?
Are you aware that the European Union has centralised their Poisons Registration service for the whole of Europe? It has been a requirement for businesses to register their products with the local Poisons Centre in each European country, but now there is one central registration for all EU countries, which simplifies the process.
The deadline to register your mixtures is 1 January 2021.
Here is a step-by-step guide to registering your products:
- Know your obligations
- Know the standard information requirements
- Know your portfolio
- Generate your UFIs
- Adapt your data
- Prepare your submission
- Keep your information up-to-date.
At ADACT, we like to make things as simple and as easy as possible for you. We can take the burden off you and deliver your poisons registration notifications. We can do this on a per flavour basis of between £150-£200 per flavour, which can include up-to three variants. This offer applies to e-liquids containing nicotine, and shortfills and aromas, all of which are covered by this legislation.

Rather than registering for each country, you will soon be able to register for all European countries in one place saving you time.
Each SKU will require a Unique Formulation Identification (UFI) which must be clearly printed on your packaging to be compliant.
