We offer e-liquid stability shelf-life testing. Using accelerated testing over time we can determine the long term chemical stability of e-liquid products. One item that can greatly affect the stability of a product is the flavour compounds. Because of this, and an ever increasing range of new flavour components, it is becoming more important to test for product stability.

It's your due diligence to demonstrate a product’s shelf-life
The UK’s Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) have previously published draft guidelines for manufacturers of electronic cigarette and vape e-liquids. They are required to demonstrate the chemical stability of their products, also known as product shelf life.

From our ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited laboratory, we offer a full chemical stability testing service. We use high-end accelerated testing cabinets, that allow us to conduct both ambient and accelerated testing to confirm the product’s shelf life in the shortest possible time.
During the test, the sample will be stored in its original packaging at 20°C in an incubator and at 35°C with added humidity, then tested at specific timepoints T0, T3, T6 and T12.
