A nicotine shot TPD registration is a simplified emissions test for flavourless e-liquids, which do not require a complex flavour analysis.
Our General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) 2005 testing identifies any potential harmful compounds or intermediate degradants that could be the result of vaporisation. Our process includes vaporisation of the e-liquid. The vapour is then captured and screened against a list of notifiable and/or undesirable compounds which include formaldehydes, carbonyls and volatile organic solvents.

TRPR registration to the MHRA in the UK or other market health authorities includes several key steps:
a toxicological formulations review
emissions testing and certification
generation of Safety Data Sheets (SDS’s) for all SKU’s in up to four languages
assistance with labelling
addition of branding
completion of all documentation
building and compiling the TPD submission to the relevant countries.
