Our founder is a well-respected figure in the smoking cessation industry, as well as the natural health and wellness business sectors - CBD, food supplements, herbal medicines and medical cannabis plus pharmaceuticals including medical devices and over the counter medicines.

As Chief Regulator Officer and Scientific Advisor, Damien leads ADACT’s team of scientists and global regulatory compliance experts for the vaping, CBD, hemp and traditional herbal medicines (THRs) industries. Damien is a member of the Institute of Clinical Research (ICR) and represents the vaping industry on the British Standards Institute (BSI) committee and the UK Vaping Industry Association (UKVIA) amongst others.

Based at ADACT’s state-of-the-art laboratory in Yorkshire, England, Damien also finds time to travel to industry events around the world.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Jane has a proven track record in pharmaceuticals, over the counter medicines, food supplements, botanicals and herbal medicines sectors in various sales and marketing roles. She is also a Director of the British Herbal Medicine Association (BHMA).

Appointed to the role of Managing Director in 2022, Jane is passionate about customer service and quality. Under her leadership, Jane has implemented significant service transformations and corporate governance, ensuring the very best quality and service deliveries, that other companies would find hard to match.

REGULATORY AND QUALITY OFFICER

Appointed in 2022, Lorraine works closely with Damien and Jane, and oversees quality assurance and quality control.

After developing and implementing the company’s Quality Management Systems, Lorraine played a major role in securing ADACT Medical’s UKAS accreditation. She also works with key clients to ensure they are CLP compliant.
